SOLEIL LEVANT

A name like a promise from elsewhere, the discovery of a millenary art, landscapes and a singular craft: the Far East.

Driven by the spirit of Wabi-Sabi, between fullness and traces of human activity, the collection revisits the real or imaginary bestiary of tigers and dragons of this land, Chinese porcelain and the techniques and prints of traditional Japanese or Tibetan clothing. It invites to poetic evasion through the play of textures, inks, shapes and colors in subtle harmonies.

Also available the wallpaper collection of the same collection.

CARNET DE VOYAGE

The CARNET DE VOYAGE collection is the work of an enthusiastic traveler and reflects Pierre Frey's commitment to traditional craftsmanship and savoir-faire.
Each piece is a modern take on ethnically inspired motifs and materials, from Tierra del Fuego in Argentina to the Danakil Desert in Ethiopia.

The collection also takes full advantage of the region's flora and fauna, whose incredible patterns and textures are an infinite source of inspiration. An invitation to travel and dream, where contemporary art meets ancient archives revisited for the pleasure and love of beauty.

It is complemented by a wonderful collection of wallpapers.

ANNIVERSAIRE 1823-3023 COLLECTION

Braquenié testifies to the timelessness of its heritage and celebrates the quintessence of French style, a subtle blend of foreign influences and national creations. Offering a rich dialogue between tradition embodied in an unalterable elegance and assumed representations, this collection unfolds around authentic reproductions as well as reinterpretations inspired by illustrious documents, preserved in the heritage collections of the Château de Versailles, the Musée des Arts Décoratifs de Paris or the Musée de la Toile de Jouy.

PARADE

The Parade collection abounds in colorful and cheerful, graphic and bold references. The fabric prints evoke the bustling art scene of interwar Paris, the epicenter of the avant-garde, as well as other influences from greater Europe. They recall the madness and abundance of the Ballets Russes in the manner of a beautifully orchestrated show.

MARVEILLES D'EGYPTE

In collaboration with the Louvre to celebrate, in particular, the bicentenary of the discovery of hieroglyphs by Champollion in 1822, these new textile collections present a wide range of motifs and drawings, between faithful reproductions and free inspirations, with a respectful vision of the preserved works but also a contemporary and graphic reading.

The collection is designed by Louis Barthélemy and was presented at Paris Déco Off' 2022 by Pierre Frey.
