Casa Natuendo is a wallpaper brand born in 2022, behind the visual universe to which the designs take us is the soul of Casa Natuendo, Natalia. Since she was a little girl she felt enormously attracted by the world and the details from an aesthetic point of view; from collecting objects to searching for new stories and discovering new languages and techniques. Studying Art History she became passionate about decorative arts and decided to give free rein to her most creative side and decided to study Textile Art.
It was during her final project when she began to work on the decorative, making a collection of designs inspired by the Ottoman world. That was the starting point, not being able to stop thinking about patterns and colors she decided to create her brand, which was born with a collection of wallpaper in which tradition and color stand out but always with a naive and cheerful air.Natalia's work process is quite intuitive, she sketches shapes and gives them color, sometimes contemplating repetition from the first stage, ... The form with which she most enjoys working is watercolor, bringing much more richness to the designs and providing a final result rich in textures and nuances. To polish the drawing and play with the infinite possibilities of combination that the colors offer, she incorporates the computer into the design process.
